metode inovatoare de implicare activ\u0103 a membrilor comunit\u0103\u021bii \u00een opera\u021biunile sprijinite, inclusiv pentru dep\u0103\u0219irea barierelor de ordin moral sau care \u021bin de cutumele din societate\/ etnice;<br>\uf0a7 &#8211; activit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i ini\u021biative care vizeaz\u0103 promovarea egalit\u0103\u021bii de \u0219anse, nediscriminarea etc.<br>\uf0a7 &#8211; aplicarea de mecanisme de preluare de c\u0103tre agen\u021bii economici a unor servicii publice, prin intermediul unor activit\u0103\u021bi comerciale viz\u00e2nd servicii sociale, culturale, de mediu etc. (de ex., alpinism utilitar, peisagistic\u0103, \u00eengrijire b\u0103tr\u00e2ni, livrarea la domiciliu de alimente sau alte consumabile etc.)<br>\uf0a7 &#8211; dezvoltarea de cooperative pentru livrarea unor servicii necesare \u00een comunitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exemple de inovare social\u0103 \u00een construc\u021bii<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PIANOSTAIRS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Experimentul sc\u0103rilor de pian a f\u0103cut parte din The Fun Theory, o campanie publicitar\u0103 condus\u0103 de compania auto Volkswagen Suedia \u0219i agen\u021bia de publicitate DDB Stockholm pentru a promova noul brand Volkswagen, mai eficient din punct de vedere al consumului de combustibil. Grupurile au transformat o scar\u0103 normal\u0103 dintr-o sta\u021bie de metrou din Suedia \u00eentr-o \u201escar\u0103 de pian\u201d, unde p\u0103\u0219irea pe o scar\u0103 producea un sunet. Volkswagen a colaborat cu agen\u021bia de publicitate DDB Stockholm pentru a concepe o campanie publicitar\u0103 creativ\u0103. \u201ePe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce publicitatea tradi\u021bional\u0103 devine mai pu\u021bin eficient\u0103\u2026 am crezut c\u0103 avem nevoie de o abordare mai inovatoare pentru a atrage aten\u021bia asupra BlueMotion\u201d, a explicat directorul adjunct al DDB Stockholm, Lars Axelsson. Cel mai vizionat dintre aceste videoclipuri a fost experimentul sc\u0103rilor de pian, care a debutat \u00een octombrie 2009.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volkswagen a ales o scar\u0103 la sta\u021bia de metrou Odenplan din Stockholm, Suedia. Scara era chiar l\u00e2ng\u0103 o scar\u0103 rulant\u0103. \u00cen primul r\u00e2nd, au calculat c\u00e2\u021bi naveti\u0219ti au urcat sc\u0103rile fa\u021b\u0103 de scara rulant\u0103 \u00eentr-o zi obi\u0219nuit\u0103. Apoi, au f\u0103cut ca fiecare treapt\u0103 a sc\u0103rii s\u0103 produc\u0103 un sunet diferit atunci c\u00e2nd a fost c\u0103lcat\u0103, exact ca un pian. Ei au descoperit c\u0103 peste 60% mai mul\u021bi naveti\u0219ti dec\u00e2t \u00een mod normal au ales s\u0103 urce sc\u0103rile atunci c\u00e2nd erau trepte de pian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un videoclip al experimentului a fost pus pe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=2lXh2n0aPyw\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=2lXh2n0aPyw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">YouTube <\/a>\u0219i a avut peste 23 de milioane de vizualiz\u0103ri \u00een iulie 2020, pu\u021bin peste zece ani mai t\u00e2rziu. Publicitatea m\u0103rcii este u\u0219oar\u0103; singura men\u021biune despre Volkswagen este logo-ul companiei de la sf\u00e2r\u0219it. Axelsson a explicat c\u0103 acest lucru creeaz\u0103 o asociere pozitiv\u0103 \u00eentre Volkswagen \u0219i o lume mai bun\u0103 \u0219i mai distractiv\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De\u0219i departe de a fi un experiment definitiv, experimentul sc\u0103rilor de pian a ar\u0103tat c\u0103 a face o sarcin\u0103 mai distractiv\u0103 poate schimba comportamentul oamenilor \u00een bine. De\u0219i urcarea sc\u0103rilor necesit\u0103 mai mult efort dec\u00e2t simplul stat pe o scar\u0103 rulant\u0103, un num\u0103r semnificativ de naveti\u0219ti au descoperit c\u0103 pl\u0103cerea c\u00e2\u0219tigat\u0103 a compensat acest cost. Au f\u0103cut alegerea mai s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 pentru c\u0103 a fost prezentat\u0103 \u00eentr-un mod nou, distractiv. Aceast\u0103 teorie ar putea fi aplicat\u0103 \u0219i \u00een alte domenii ale vie\u021bii pentru a ajuta oamenii s\u0103 fac\u0103 alegeri mai durabile, cum ar fi s\u0103 alerge, s\u0103 m\u0103n\u00e2nce mai s\u0103n\u0103tos sau s\u0103 ridice gunoiul. Lucrul corect de f\u0103cut \u0219i lucrul distractiv de f\u0103cut nu trebuie s\u0103 fie dou\u0103 op\u021biuni diferite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HOLE-IN-THE-WALL PROJECT (PROIECTUL \u201eGAURA DIN ZID\u201d)<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen anul 1999, c\u00e2\u021biva colegi au pus un PC \u00een deschiderea dintr-o perete astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t monitorul s\u0103 fie vizibil din exterior \u0219i mouse-ul \u0219i tastatura accesibile trec\u0103torilor. PC-ul avea acces la internet \u0219i avea instalate c\u00e2teva programe. Spre uimirea lor, copiii din cartier au venit la calculator \u0219i s-au lipit de el. De exemplu, cuv\u00e2ntul copiilor pentru simbolul clepsidrei care apare atunci c\u00e2nd un program \u201eg\u00e2nde\u0219te\u201d era \u201edamru\u201d, numele unei mici tobe de lemn \u00een form\u0103 de clepsidr\u0103 care este un simbol al zeului hindus Shiva. Cursorul mouse-ului a fost numit \u201esui\u201d, un cuv\u00e2nt hindi pentru ac sau \u201eteer\u201d, care \u00eenseamn\u0103 s\u0103geat\u0103.<br>Experimentul a fost repetat \u00een alte dou\u0103 loca\u021bii: \u00een ora\u0219ul Shivpuri din Madhya Pradesh (Digvijay Singh, un politician proeminent, a fost interesat de cercet\u0103rile noastre) \u0219i \u00eentr-un sat numit Madantusi din Uttar Pradesh. Ambele experimente au ar\u0103tat acela\u0219i rezultat ca \u0219i experimentul Kalkaji: copiii p\u0103reau s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021be s\u0103 foloseasc\u0103 computerul f\u0103r\u0103 nicio asisten\u021b\u0103. Limba nu a contat, \u0219i nici educa\u021bia. \u00cen decursul urm\u0103torului deceniu s-au f\u0103cut cercet\u0103ri aprofundate \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u0163area autodirijat\u0103, \u00een multe locuri \u015fi prin multe culturi.
